04/12/2021 WsM District vs Wrington Vale League at Social Club

District took a win from their first game of the season by 30 pins vs Wrington Vale.
Ian Norton (45) helped get an early lead in the first set, which could have been higher if not for Kevin Buck's 41 for the visitors.
In the second set Pete Blackwell's 45 helped increase the lead. Frank Thompson's 40 in the third set carried on the momentum although Dan Buck's 40 for the visitors kept them in it.

Jason Francis was the best of the Anchor set for District with 39 but Keith Hann continued his superb form with an Excellent 50 for Wrington, however it wasn't enough to sway the match which the district came out on top 397-367.
